What age are the books for?
Ages 3 to 7. Younger children enjoy colouring while a grown-up reads; older children can read the short sentences themselves.
What size are the books?
They are 8.5 × 8.5 inch (about 21.6 cm) square paperbacks, printed in black ink on white paper, with about 40 to 48 pages.
What should we colour with?
Crayons and colouring pencils work best. Felt-tip pens are fine too, but thick markers may show through the page, so slip a sheet of card behind the page you are colouring.
Do the books need to be read in order?
No. Each story stands on its own, although the cast grows a little with each book, so reading in order is fun too.
Where can I buy them?
On Amazon in the UK, US and Germany. Each book page on this site has a button for each store once the book is out.
Are the books available in other languages?
A German edition is coming first, then Spanish and French. Book 1 has also been made in Lithuanian.
Can I print the free colouring pages for my class?
Yes. The free pages are for home and classroom use, as many copies as you need. Please do not sell them or share the files online.
